When dealing with projects where the hotel’s revenue is not fully stable and conversions are taking place, SBA loan are the most suitable option. To help achieve this loan, Scientific Capital worked closely with the client to prepare a monthly two-year projection of the financials of the hotel. This projection and its assumptions was the key to demonstrate future revenues. Of the total $2.2 million loan, $750,000 was allocated to the Red Roof Inn PIP for the conversion.
