Banks are our major lending source for conventional, USDA B&I, and SBA loans
We get some of our loans funded through these lenders.
We use a number of national originators to fund our CMBS hotel loans. We select the right originator based on the appetite and proven track record for a certain market, brand, project challenges, loan size, etc.
Investor and Hedge Funds
Larger projects of 15 million or more including the turn around projects or portfolio consolidation are good candidates that we take to our hedge fund sources
larger loans that require flexibility and customization that cannot be done through the CMBS program are taken to our life company sources.
