Conventional loans:
4.00% to 5.5% fixed

SBA 504 First Loan:
4.00% to 5.75% fixed

SBA 7a:
4.5% to 5.5% - Adjustable over PRIME (some fixed options)

2.75% to 3.5% over 10 year SWAP or the 10 year treasury with floor of 4.5% to 4.75%
